Sleeping to much or to little

Posted by Plush74 on June 26, 2001 at 18:53:52:

I am a 22 year old male. It seems that I sleep to much or to little. My body does not allow me to sleep seven to nine hours. If I go to bed at midnight I am up by 5 or If I got to bed at 2:30 a.m. I will be up by 6:30 a.m. By 3:00 p.m. I am lethargic and if I lay down to take a nap I will not sleep for an hour or two like most people do when they take naps. I will sleep until 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Then I can't go to sleep again until 11:00 or noon the next day and I get my days and nights mixed up. Sometimes I will sleep somewhat normal for 2 to 3 days but then it always gets messed up. I would like to know what you think is the reason? Please, Thank You.
