Robert,

No, I don't sleep with the TV on. The only other electrical appliances near me are a small CD player (playing a recording of waves crashing to help mask my tinnitus) and a small alarm clock on my partners side of the bed. Now that I think of it, it also happens if I'm about to fall asleep anywhere or anytime.

Where did you here the theory about stress and energy given from the brain?
