always sleepy

For several months now, I can't seem to make it through a day with out being miserably sleepy at work, or wherever I may be. It doesn't seem to matter how long I sleep. I can always remember several dreams from the night. Sometimes the same dream will play over and over during a night, but usually I don't dream the same thing on different nights. This seems very strange, but I am to the point where I have to do something to try to make my life better. I've got to wake up.
