Honest Expert and Eegads...I can't tell you how informative and "comforting" (for lack of a better word) I found your postings. I seem to have been preoccupied with sleep most of my life and it seems to rule my life. When I am sleeping well, all's right with the world. I hear you eegads...nothing is worse than not being able to let go and driftoff to sleep. Obsessing about it seems to make it worse. It's so easy for good sleepers to advise not being preoccupied with it...I know people(my husband included) who have never had a sleepless night in their lives. Must be wonderful!!!I usually just read the Insomnia forum but tonight I'm glad I peeked at the rest of the disorders one for a change.
