nightmares

well, i have been having nightmares ever since i remember. but in the last year they have grown progressivly worse. there is a lot of killing in them and a lot of confusing things. i cant try to change what is going on in my dreams bc i never know i am dreaming until i wake up. its very scary in the mornings bc i never know where i am after i get up. i remember the dream and everything that has happened. but not why i am in my room again. i have a nightmare almost everday of the week. if anyone has any advice i would greatly appreciate it. thank u.
