Somnophilia/phantasies

I'm not quite sure, if this is the right place for my question, but I'll try.
My boyfriend told me about his phantasy to have sex with me, while I'm asleep. He would also like to be allowed to do so in real life.
He says, it'd be a romantic kind of phantasy...
Do you think, he's dreaming of dominating me, have power over me? Isn't it even kind of a rape-phantasy?
His explanation, that it is the dream of being absolutely trusted does not really satisfy me, because I think, trust alone does not arouse a person... (There has to be something, well, "wicked" to arouse anyone, hm?)
Can you help me? (Maybe a psychologist?)
