Unable to breath upon waking!

What the heck is going on? I woke up this morning toaly unable to breath gasping for air! This has happened in the past but it only occured while i was pregnant and having really bad acid reflux.. My oldest child is 2...I have no acid reflux, or anything..I am tired it seems all the time and put it down to child rearing...
