"tired all the time" is a loaded phrase.

-->>> Check the sleep apnea pages. <<--

Whether you do or don't snore, whether you feel "excessively sleepy", or are low-energy, depressed and apathetic, apnea is worth checking into. Lots of symtoms masquerade as other stuff (I'm just stressed, the baby had a bad night, I'm not getting any younger, I'm out of shape, etc, etc etc.)

If apnea's your problem, it's only apt to get worse, and it's a long slow dive to the pits...

It's pretty easy (at least around my town) to get a simple finger-pulse oximetry test. A little doohicky clips on your finger and is connected to a machine with some computer memory in it. The tech will dump the memory, and it shows whether your blood is well oxygenated or not as you slept. It's not an absolute indicator of apnea, but it can tell you whether you should do more ttesting.

That's my two-cents worth...

good luck
