Has any body heard of this?

I have always had restless legs(about once every few weeks.)Also I sometimes have a leg jerk that wakes me when I start to fall asleep.Now over the last few months,sometimes when I start to fall asleep I am awakened by what seems like an electrical jolt in my head!!I actually hear it in my head like the way lightning "cracks". This is quite unnerving.Has anybody ever heard of this? Could this be related to the leg jerk? THANK YOU
