Scratching

I'm a 29 year old healthy male but over the last month I have found small scratches on my forehead in the morning. These are not long scratches but small scratches similar to the size of a corn kernel but smaller. Sometimes there is little blood or no blood at all. This has just started to happen over the last month and does not happen every night. Just periodically.
