Tossing & Turning

Help! My husband says I toss and turn all night and keep him awake. (I move every 30 seconds to a minute.) I am not conscious of doing this but I never feel completely rested. I have read about sleeping disorders but none with my main symptom of tossing and turning. Does anyone have any suggestions?
