" 'Sundowning' refers to an increase in agitation and disorientation at night. It frequently occurs in the demented elderly patient, and is a major cause for nursing home placement as families are unable to deal with the patient's nighttime behavior."

It mentions sundown rather briefly, but puts in in the perspective of general sleep health changes and disorders in elderly patients.
