I have been on the Trazadone and it does help a little. If I wake up I can generally go back to sleep. Sometimes not, but mostly yes.

I have experienced only mild "trazadone hangovers", much less than Elavil and the symptoms are generally over in a couple of hours. However, I do get the dry mouth. Oh well, can't have everything.

I am not on AD's so I don't think that's the case.

I have an appointment to get a sleep study scheduled but that's not until NOVEMBER. Apparently this doctor is very busy.

According to my spouse, I do have sleep apnea. I don't know, I just wake up!

It's better, but not cured yet.
