Is it possible to hallucinate after waking in the

I need to know if it's possible to hallucinate after waking during a dream? Because if it's not I think I saw a ghost!!! I am freaked out. Please give me information about whether it's possible to hallucinate from dreams. I have never seen anything abnormal in my life before this.
