I totally agree with you. I bought a Simmons Beauty Rest about 2 years ago. Worst purchase I've ever made!! Began to sag after 2 weeks. It began to creak after only a month, and after 2 months, I could feel the springs in the mattress pressing into my back. My suggestion to you is to contact Simmons corporate office immediately and provide an invoice number or receipt of purchase with a nasty letter, complaining about their product. I did this and got an immediate response along with a partial refund (which is better than nothing.) But I still hated the bed and got rid of it as soon as I could afford to.
