I wake up like you and stressed. This is typical if husband is out of town. We share the bed and we both feel secure and sleep better. We do wake up realizing we are sleep talking....real conversations or back an forth responding grunting. Without himi t is waking up early at the same time every night and usually in a cold sweat and bed sheets are soaked and worried in a empty big lonely kings bed. The bed is bare without my bear and sleep is lacking.

Does a sleep partner help? Someone to 'talk' to like me :)? Maybe we sleep walk and stuff too...not totaly aware of what we dofor sure LOL Totally aware of what happens if he is gone!

Get a bear :)))) I am a lucky bear girl
