Violent Nightmares

Posted by Tarnna on January 10, 2002 at 12:05:18:

I have 2 friends I've met who have SEVERE nightmares almost every night. They also act out violently durring these nightmares; waking up with bruised ribs, swolen hands, broken fingers, etc. They don't ususlly remember much if anything about the nighmares when they wake up, but they are physically beat up. Any ideas on what could cause this or what they can do to help stop this.

One of these people is a psycic too.
