If you search this site for Parkinson's disease, there are a few posts about RBD and Parkinson's. Under definitions and abbreviations (also on this site) there is an explanation of the EMG. I could not find anything about "HSA" or the test you mentioned.
I hope that the test you mentioned will be administered soon. I highly reccommend that you call that doctor back and ask him to explain these things to you. You sound scared and that is understandable. It sounds like he just threw a bunch of scary words at you without explaining any of it. Sometimes doctors forget that we weren't sitting next to them in medical school. If this doctor can't answer your questions you may want your test results to be read and explained by another doctor.
