Despite the fact that she doesn't have health insurance, she really needs to come up with the money from SOMEWHERE to see a sleep specialist. Think of what the cost could be...a burned down building, her life, the lives of others in the building, etc. This is a VERY serious sleep disorder and cannot be treated without medical assistance.
