I have MVP too...

But I have only had sleep paralysis about twice in my entire life (I am now 33). I've also only ever had two panic attacks with it, and they were about three days apart.

However, I have just recently come to think that it may be the cause of my sleep fragmentation and excessive daytime sleepiness. I didn't know that MVP can cause that as well. I go back to see my sleep doc next week and am going to mention it.
