I did this as a child until I fell asleep. Except, I would be up on my haunches-wierd, hunh? my mom told me about it and how it freaked them out, but the doctor told them that some children did this.
I also have fibromyalgia and have great fatigue problems..I have meds that help me now-to get that Delta 4 sleep that I need.
