Hello there,

I'm hoping Wonkawoman will check this forum again and let us know if her doc had any thoughts about the MVP... (you still checkin here?).

I just noticed in Sleep Forum 7 another woman said she had MVP. Hmmm...

You asked about how we feel when we wake up. I am often very sleepy in the morning, sometimes drugged feeling. But sometimes, when I'm anxious about things- I wake up really early and can't go back to sleep. I don't think I really experience sleep fragmentation like Wonkawoman, but when I've got a lot on my mind and am anxious- I sleep more lightly, wake up more, and can't go back to sleep cuz my brain is buzzing.

But, in general, I'd say I'm often fatigued in the morning-- even after a good nights' sleep. Once again, though- I'm more likely to feel refreshed if I'm in good physical condition. But, unfortunately, that's kinda rare.

Well-- take care and hopefully we'll hear from Wonkawoman in the next few days.

SG
