Need Honest Expert--on 2nd mattress

I am on my second new mattress. the first was a Carrington Chase latex and it absolutely made my hips and back be in agony. I then purchased an Expensive Englader pillowtop which is better, but still not good. My hips and back hurt all day and upon awakening and I ache all over on awakening. I Have arthritis and mild fibro. I am at my wit's end. I have a money back comfort guarantee on the englader. BUt they do have a memory foam mattress. Do you know anything about it? I can't seem to find any info and don't know whether to purchase it. I am either going to go with that or probably a simmons world class. Also do you know who makes a premium continuous coil mattress? My old mattress was cont. coil and it worked great for nine years. thanks to all who respond.
