yes, i am so glad to have found this forum, there are so many sleep disorders that I hae that no one else in my circle of famly or friends have. This involuntary exhale thing is one of them. It makes me feel like I need to stay awake so that I can make myself breathe after it happens the first time at night. Did you get any advice on it?
