Need info please

Hi, I am currently writing a story and am in need of some info if at all possible. I'm looking for this tech. or rightful name of this drug which leads/causes paralization. I've searched the net for the correct term but have not yet made progress. If you could help me then that would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
