Sleep Moaning

Posted by tizod on March 29, 2002 at 08:42:08:

My girlfriend tells me that I occasionally snore but more often I moan and groan a lot when I am sleeping. I have also been told by my roomate that he has heard the same coming from my room late at night.

Apprently it is rather loud and when my girlfriend re-enacted it for me I was shocked. I sound like a dying lama or something.

I can't seem to find anything about this and it does not seem listed as any kind of disorder. I am a 30 year old male, a bit overweight but not obese and I smoke. I do have difficulties with energy and often struggle through the day keeping myself awake.

Any ideas?
