Ever try a waterbed? My wife has a semifilled, 95% motion reduced w/full-quilted pad that she sleeps like a baby in. I have to sleep in another room because of my snoring now but I'm very comfortable in it when I do get to use it. The nice part about the full-quilted pad - besides that you almost need an icepick to put a hole in the mattress - is that the bed costs almost nothing to heat in the winter and we turn the heater off all summer.
