head rocking to fall asleep -- anyone else too?

Posted by RfL on July 16, 2002 at 23:09:59:

For years I've rocked or bounced my head before bed to let my mind relax and become drowsy. At 23 years old, it's become a serious habit, and it's hard to sleep if I don't do it. The feeling I get from it is like a natural high, and I wonder if there's any physical problems I might experience. Also, I'd be embarrassed if my girlfriend found out. Anyone else experiencing this?
