I get a good nights sleep, usually 8 hours but waking up is very hard. I'm fatigued, spaced-out and sometimes dizzy almost every morning and this usually goes away by lunch time. I'm not very sleepy during the day and do not take naps. I just feel like I'm not waking up 100%. Hard sports or runnung help wake me up but only if I can find the energy to get going. The doctors can find nothing and the night in the sleep lab brought no results. Anyone have an idea what this could be? I'm a 60 year old Male American living in Germany at the time.
