I have a sleeping problem that is causing me to hate going to sleep.
It has being happening to me for a number of years now. and i have never seeked treatment for it. it is getting worse.. i have weird things happen to me at night
that is so hard for me to explain,
when i did seek treatment, the hospital treated me like a suicide case, so i never went back to them.
my body goes stiff and I cant move. I cant open my eyes. I get these strange sensations in my mind. I feel like someone is touching me, kissing me. once i felt like someone was trying to put there hands around my throat. one time I heard a voice talking to me. last night I felt i was being kissed, then when I tried to sleep again, I felt like i was being lifted up and moved in my own bed. It is driving me crazy. I have no idea what is going on in my mind. I feel like I am going crazy. that there are spirits after me. that someone is trying to kill me. one time my heart was beating so quicky . i thought it was going to burst out of my chest. I have no idea what the name of this condition and how many people it happens too. it has being going on for over ten years, i dont know who to tell as noone can relate to me.no one understand..
