Help, do I have a sleep disorder, if so which one

Hi this is my first post. I hope you can tell me if I might have a sleep disorder problem. For years I have felt like I never get enough sleep. Some times the longer I sleep I feel more fatigued. Some times I wake up and feel like I had been suffocating, throat, and real soar. My head felt very flush, like I have been holding my breath for a long time then started breathing, that feeling. Now days I wake up with head aches, I am real tired all of the time. I sleep whenever I am off work. I am being treated for head pains, headaches. Injections through the back of the neck, (Not working). I took a video last night of me sleeping. I noticed I sounded like I was breathing through a hose, very shallow breaths too, around 16-18 breaths a minute, and ever minute or so I gasp, snoring sound real loud for air. What caught my eye was that every time I took in a breath of air my throat/neck sucked in, very noticeable like my lungs want more air but cannot get it through my nose and the throat was the weak spot and their for sucks in. Also alot of nights I wake up and my pillow is wet from my head, neck sweating so much. Please Help if you can, what should I do. Thank you for caring enough to help people like myself out. Doug
