Wierd Sleep Problems

I have never had any sleep problems (that I know of) until almost 2 months ago. About 3-4 minutes after I close my eyes to go to sleep as I drift off, I feel this like electric bolt zaps from my chest to the back of my head and my arms. My body then jerks wildly. It startles my wife most times also. Am I having seizures or something? I've had a few tests done, EKG, C-Scan, and lot's of blood work, and besides BP running a little high, things have turned out normal. What the heck?
