Poor circulation in arms while sleeping

Hi - any advise would be greatly appreciated

I have to sleep on my side due to back problems but this causes the arm I am lying on to fall asleep and tingle - my hand swells and I have to roll over every 20 minutes to half hour which is really causing me problems.
