I wanted to also say that i don't have these problems when the sun is up. So I have not had problems sleeping on the living room couch in early morning (which I sometimes do when i can't sleep at night).

I have really bad sinus problems aand do have a humidifier in the room though i don't use it every night. Sometimes I wake with sinus migraines (usually if it's gonna rain) and post nasal drip (yuck.)

I have been told I tend to have my eyes slightly open when i sleep, too.

*sigh* I just want to get a good night's sleep! I don't even know what that feels like anymore.
