Cant Wake UP

Posted by Meri Wake Up on July 27, 2002 at 03:03:09:

Were do I begin...I sleep and sleep and sleep to no avail, and can not be woke up! Fire alarms, kids, boyfriends, 5 alarm clocks nothing! I sleep through it all! I have had a sleep study and it came back normal. I have Fibromialgia, a chronic pain and chronic fatigue syndrom, and everyone wants to blame that for my sleep problems, and I am not willing to let it end there. I want to wake up refreshed, I want to wake up period. If left to sleep I can sleep 15-20 hours easy, and still wake up tired, or if I wake up with energy I am tired again in 2-3 hours. This is no way to live. My boyfriend is at his wits end because he thinks I sleep to escape, and that is why I dont hear the alarms, or still need him to pester me for 5-10 mins to get up, and honestly that is not the case. I have done searches, and found lots of support but no answers. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
