Friend is tense when sleep (muscles stay tensed)

Help! I have a friend that tenses up when sleeping. Not much movement of legs or arms, but a constant state of muscular tension throughout her body. She says she feels sore some mornings and doesn"t feel well rested. Help us if you can.
