How can you be sure that all women who sweat in their sleep have a progesterone problem. One of the number one causes of sweating during sleep is sleep related breathing disorders which includes sleep apnea, upper airway resistance syndrome, etc.
As males and females age the likelyhood of developing one of these increases. So I don't think you can really call this a miracle cure for sweating while asleep.

Sounds more like hype, and I would bet there are more women that sweat due to difficulty breathing than progesterone.
