Husband sleep walks -- urinates whereever

Posted by MLKinWI on August 05, 2002 at 00:11:15:

My husband is quite a heavy drinker...probably an alcholic. He sleep walks about once a week or more. He urinates whereever. Its been pretty awful. I threatened to kick him out. He has slowed down significantly on drinking in the past few days. Tonite he did it again and he'd only had one beer all day. But it was a differenct scenario tonite. He got up...peed in the terlet... and then went upstairs to the attic. My 18 year old daughter heard him and she wakened me. As soon as I turned on the light up there he asked what I was doing and what he was doing in the attic. He was clueless that he was sleep walking but I think I know he knows now that he has a problem.

He sometimes goes outside in his nuditity and pees whereever. I am concerned that he'll get caught and arrested for indecent exposure and for peeing in public.
