hey- i've had the same thing for a few years, and it's definetly not magic. do you know why, or how you get them? i researched sleep paralysis, but that has nothing to do with the vibrations or flashes. the vibrations started out pretty slowly, but now, a couple years later, it's like an electric buzz. i don't do drugs either. except caffine of course, but not before i sleep. anyway, the buzz is so bad now it feels like my head will explode. i've researched sleep paralysis to a max, and i know it's not that. i looked up narcolepsy, and there may be a branch of it that is somewhat like what we are experiencing. look up narcolepsy, and see if it fits.
