talking/dreams

Posted by helpmeplease on September 10, 2002 at 16:30:25:

I have a major problem with talking in my sleep. I've always talked, ever since I was little. I'm now 25 years old and my talking is starting to affect my relationship. I've told her many times that the things I say don't mean anything, but she says that lately, all I've been talking about is sex and a couple particular women that we know. Nothing has ever happened with these women, nor do I desire it in any way. I'm now afraid to go to sleep because I might say something that I don't want to say. I guess my question is, when talking in your sleep, are you talking about the things you're dreaming about currently? I also talk a lot of nonsense, (i.e. - "HEY! That's the wrong combination!"...two nights ago)...I'd appreciate everyone's opinion on this. I need help!
