walked again

Posted by paf on September 11, 2002 at 09:12:11:

Hi Everyone,
I am really at the end of my rope with this sleepwalking thing. After having it happen in a big way on Sunday (see insomnia forum), I was very anxious about sleeping on Monday. I walked a little on Monday. As far as I can tell, I erased numbers from caller id, and moved a towel. Last night was bad again. I called a friend late and rambled about a baseball game. Then I took all of my cds and reaaranged them in piles that do not make any sense. I also turned my kitchen sink water on and left it all night. Does anyone have any suggestions to stop this? I am trying relaxation techniques each night and WILL NOT take meds. (I already did and they don't work for me). This is adding to my insomnia anxiety and turning into an out of control cylce. Help.
