SleepEat?

Posted by Mich on September 12, 2002 at 04:08:36:

Can anyone give me advice on how to prevent night eating from getting worse? Periodically, more often than not, I get up just about every night and search for something to eat...But the thing is I am awake and aware that I am doing that, but I don't seem to really care that I am eating...it's like I am weak or something...

I don't eat a lot neither do I binge, but I always have to have something like cheese or something starchy.....I'm not overweight at all and in fact, I am into fitness and working out...I do have a strict diet, but I have recently allowed for a little cheat meal here and there which I thought would help my situation..

I am almost scared to go to bed every night knowing I will get up to eat....any suggestions?

Thanks
