SleepEatagain

Posted by Mich on September 14, 2002 at 05:33:49:

I was curious to know if using relaxation tapes or hypnosis tapes really does work and if they would work for sleep eating type disorder....? How many nights should I use them in order to create a pattern in my sleeping (so I won't wake up)? I found myself getting up every night again to search for something to eat and although there is really nothing available, I still try to find something whether it's some crackers or even a piece of chicken...The funny thing is, why must I have something knowing that I shouldn't be doing that?

It's like I am awake and saying in my mind "NO, you shouldn't eat", but I still do....

WHY?
Thanks to anyone that has advice....
