Sorry to disappoint you, but no, I am not a Doctor, just someone who has suffered with sleep disorders and tried to do my own research.
Remember, what I post here, is just my opinion from work I have done to self educate myself. If you notice, I never give advice that deals with health issues without stating "they need to see a Doctor". In fact most of my advice refers them to discuss their problems with a specialist in the field of sleep disorders.
I don't claim to be correct, it is just my opinion.
