Hay, fellow sleepwalker here. I sleepwalk pretty extremely (i through things across the room, ect.ect.) though im not too bothered by it. outside of the fact that i wouldnt want to hurt anyone im OK with the whole thing. One tip i got is that the only thing that stops me from walking is light. The moment i turn my light on it stops, i wake up. every time. Probibly not so for you but it may be something like that. Though maybe not. For you it sounds like your dreams arnt so bad. Not something the, walking you, desires to stop. as for me im usually in a nightmare with some type of creature that wants to hurt me. So hense forth, MY main objective in the dream is either attack the thing (by throughing things at it ect. ect.) or somehow get to the light switch to make the whole thing go away.
Anyway this whole thing probibly doesnt give you a whole lot of help but oh well Its all i got.
