I've had this problem for just over a year and it's getting to the point where i can't take it anymore. It started with a nightmare i had last year in august - in it, i was raped by a dirty old man. Since then, i dream just about every single night (no kidding), they can be strange or stupid dreams, but the nightmares are getting more frequent. There was a point where i was too scared to go to sleep with the light off. Now it's at the point where i'll wake up, and my hands will be red and sore because i hit them against something during the dream. They literally wear me out and i'm incredibly exhausted during the day. Does anyone know what may have caused this dream sequence, and how i can put a stop to it?
