Thanks for understanding...I think dr. Bill got the wrong impression of me..I am not trying to be vain about such a thing that I do..I am merely frustrated for getting up, and for disturbing my sleep. It is weird though because I seem to fall asleep fairly early but then wake up about an hour or so later...and act like I never went to bed at all.and then I eat something carb like or what not..

Plus, I have really tried to battle the not eating anything but it's impossible and yes, dr. bill, I know I can work it off in the morning but it is still frustrating....

I wonder why also the craving is for chocolate or sweet things as opposed to eating veggies or fruit...?
