Hay Patricia,
Well the alarm on the windows and doors sounds good. Im into electronics and gadgets so I thought that was a pretty good idea. If they are loud enough, it sounds like it should work. Maybe even do something in the kitchen so you dont use the stove or oven. Another alarm on the door,a motion alarm, or even turning off the circuit breaker for the kitchen (if you have an electric oven and stove. if they are gas it wont help) Though, you may simply walk over and switch the switch on but it wouldnt hurt to try.
After you got the dangerous things out of the way, windows, doors, kitchen utilities, you will be in good shape. So what if you sleep walk! If you or anyone else isnt going to get hurt, why worry? It certainly isnt helping you any. With your insomnia, I mean.
Anyway, as for me and the medication idea. What does it do? Are there any side effects? You dont seem very inthused about taking them. Is that how you spell inthused?
