Attention Sleep eaters

Posted by mary on September 21, 2002 at 13:30:18:

I too suffer from this bizarre habit which has foiled every attempt I have made to lose all the weight I put on with my 2 pregnancies. I am pretty conscious when I do my eating, but like some of you, I have no self-control to stop myself from devouring the very worst food for my diet. I have read every post regarding sleep eating on this Bulletin Board and have noticed a couple of consistent factors..

1) Peanut Butter

2) Desire for sweets (when not Peanut Butter)

3) Smoking (not necessarily during episodes)

4) Caffiene.

ALL of the above apply to me, and would like some feedback from others. Do you crave peanut butter & sweets? Do you smoke during the day and/or drink caffienated beverages?
