...it's not that you don't have any REM on anti-depressants, from what I've read...but you're right, the time spent in REM is drastically reduced. There's still so much that's unknown about it. I don't know how it works, but it's a problem if we don't get it. There have been numerous studies on rats (and people) that support this.

Anyway, I'm still trying to learn more about this...if you happen to run across anything, please send a reply!
